Процес управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства в сучасних умовах розвитку

Abstract

Охарактеризовано основні підходи до управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Системний підхід дає змогу в повному обсязі розкрити саму сутність процесу забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Виділено ключові переваги в процесі ефективної взаємодії системи управління фінансовою діяльністю і фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Розглянуто ресурсне забезпечення управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства та наголошено на важливості системи інформаційного забезпечення. Виділено важливість взаємодії із зовнішніми суб’єктами фінансової безпеки в процесі захисту фінансових інтересів. У результаті проведеного дослідження було встановлено, що основними критеріями оцінки результативності управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства повинні бути показники фінансової стійкості, стабільності, рівноваги і надійності. Забезпечення фінансової стійкості, стабільності і досягнення фінансової рівноваги та надійності повинні стати ключовими критеріями досягнення високого рівня фінансової безпеки підприємства. The domestic economy today is not going through the best of times and requires signifcant changes that would make it possible to improve operating conditions for all types of enterprises, from large to small. Every day, domestic enterprises are faced with a diverse number of destabilizing factors of the external and internal environment, which gradually destroy every component of the economic security system. The financial security of the enterprise has long become a separate category with its constituent elements and areas of research. The issues of managing the financial security of the enterprise today is very relevant and requires careful study in conditions where political and economic factors signifcantly affect its activities. The main approaches to managing the financial security of the enterprise are characterized. The systematic approach allows us to fully reveal the essence of the process of ensuring the financial security of the enterprise. The key advantages in the process of effective interaction of the financial management system and financial security of the enterprise are highlighted. Resource support for managing the financial security of the enterprise is considered and the importance of an information support system is noted. The importance of interaction with external entities of financial security in the process of protecting financial interests is highlighted. As a result of the study, it was found that the main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the financial security management of the enterprise should be indicators of financial durability, stability, equilibrium and reliability. Ensuring financial durability, stability and achieving financial equilibrium and reliability should be the key achievement achievement for the leadership of domestic enterprises. The financial security management of an enterprise is part of the overall management system and substantially depends on the effectiveness of financial management. The impact of changes in the external environment requires external entities of financial security to closely interact with internal ones in order to make it possible to protect their own financial interests. In conditions, domestic enterprises essentially require adequate resource support, which will allow them to realize their goals and objectives. But resources alone are not enough, organizational support of the whole process must also be effectively planned and implemented. That is why, in the future, it is necessary to pay attention to improving organizational support and the search for methods to achieve financial durability, financial stability, financial equilibrium, financial reliability, which become the key to the development of the enterprise.
