Проблеми визначення свободи інформації і її реалізація на тимчасово окупованій території України

Abstract

Проаналізовано підходи до розуміння поняття свобода інформації, його природи, джерел нормативно-правового регулювання. Підкреслено особливості реалізації свободи інформації в умовах сучасної української дійсності, включаючи тимчасово окуповану територію, визначено основні проблеми у даному процесі. Запропоновано оптимальні та ефективні механізми інформаційної реінтеграції. The article analyzes the approaches to the understanding and clarifying the concept of freedom of information, its nature, sources of regulations. The relevant legal acts, that have been adopted in Ukraine, and a signifcant number of Ukrainian bodies and offcials, whose duties are to conquer the Russian propaganda, are also described in this article, as well as the mechanisms of information reintegration. It is also highlighted the features of the implementation of freedom of information in terms of the modern Ukrainian reality, including temporarily occupied territory of Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. The optimal and effective mechanisms of information reintegration of peoples living on the territories of temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and noncontrolled parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are proposed herein.
