Методичні засади розвитку системи економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Цифрова трансформація економіки, яка реалізується в ході Четвертої промислової революції, суттєво впливає на діяльність підприємств. Відбувається не лише широке впровадження цифрових технологій, але змінюються бізнес-процеси. Швидкість цифрової трансформації підприємства визначає його конкурентні позиції та можливість подальшого розвитку. COVID-19 та військові дії засвідчили переваги тих підприємств, які здатні максимально функціонувати в онлайн форматі. Можливості, які створюються на основі цифрової трансформації підприємства, супроводжуються й виникненням нових загроз, протидія яким вимагає розвитку системи економічної безпеки підприємства, зокрема шляхом покращення цифрових компетентностей суб’єктів безпеки. Розроблено методичні засади розвитку системи економічної безпеки підприємства, що спираються на результати опитування експертів стосовно актуальних загроз та досвід ЄС щодо розвитку цифрових компетентностей в громадян, зокрема рамку DigComp 2.1, застосування яких повинно сприяти ранжуванню із подальшим стимулюванням до покращення рівня володіння цифровими технологіями суб’єктів безпеки, а також персоналу підприємства загалом. The digital transformation of the economy, which is being implemented in the course of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, significantly affects the activities of enterprises. Not only is there widespread adoption of digital technologies, but business processes are changing. The speed of the enterprise's digital transformation determines its competitive position and the possibility of further development. COVID-19 and military actions have proven the advantages of those businesses that are able to function as much as possible in an online format. The opportunities that are created on the basis of the digital transformation of the enterprise are also accompanied by the emergence of new threats, the countermeasure of which requires the development of the economic security system of the enterprise, in particular by improving the digital competences of security subjects.The study is aimed at clarifying the parameters of the development of the enterprise's economic security system under the influence of the growing intensity of the use of digital technologies, in particular, due to the constant improvement of the digital competences of the employees of the enterprise's security service. To form the methodological foundations of the development of the enterprise's economic security system, the following methods were applied: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization — when researching the parameters of digital competences of security subjects; questionnaires and expert analysis — to determine the list of priority threats to the economic security of enterprises; morphological analysis — to clarify the levels of digital competences of security subjects; graphic — for visual representation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical — for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. It is proposed to interpret digital competences of security subjects as knowledge, abilities, skills and abilities acquired throughout life in the process of learning and their practical application, which enable the performance of tasks in the field of security activities. Methodological principles for the development of the economic security system of the enterprise have been developed, based on the results of a survey of experts regarding current threats and the EU experience in the development of digital competences in citizens, in particular the DigComp 2.1 framework, the application of which should contribute to ranking with further stimulation to improve the level of ownership of digital technologies of subjects security, as well as the company's personnel in general.
