Управління безпекою підприємства: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи «Теоретичні основи управління безпекою установи» розкрито сутність формування безпекової політики установи; з’ясовано напрями забезпечення безпеки установи; визначено методи управління безпекою установи. У другому розділі «Аналіз стану безпеки Центру надання адміністративних послуг» охарактеризовано діяльність та систему управління установи; проаналізовано стан безпеки установи; узагальнено інструменти адаптації установи до зовнішнього середовища. У третьому розділі «Удосконалення безпеки установи в умовах воєнного стану» сформовано механізм забезпечення безпекової політики установи; розроблено заходи по запобіганню безпеці установи. На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції. In the first chapter of the qualification work «Theoretical foundations of the institution's security management» the essence of the formation of the institution's security policy is disclosed; directions for ensuring the security of the institution were clarified; methods of managing the security of the institution are defined. In the second chapter «Analysis of the state of security of the Center for the provision of administrative services» the activity and management system of the institution is characterized; the state of security of the institution was analyzed; tools for adapting the institution to the external environment are summarized. In the third section, «Improving the security of the institution in the conditions of martial law», a mechanism for ensuring the security policy of the institution was formed; measures have been developed to prevent the safety of the institution. On the basis of elaboration of theoretical and practical materials the corresponding conclusions are made and concrete offers are substantiated.
