Abstract

У першому розділі проведено дослідження теоретичних основ прийняття управлінських рішень. У другому розділі охарактеризовано внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище прийняття управлінських рішень підприємства, вплив результатів реалізації управлінських рішень на фінансовий результат, Результатом дослідження стали рекомендації щодо моделі управління людськими ресурсами в процесі прийняття управлінських рішень ТОВ «Мобіліс-АМ». In the first chapter, a study of the theoretical foundations of management decision-making was carried out. In the second chapter, the internal and external environment of management decision-making of the enterprise is characterized, the influence of the results of the implementation of management decisions on the financial result. The result of the study was recommendations on the model of human resources management in the process of management decision-making of «Mobilis-AM».
