Корпоративна культура, як чинник ефективності управління сучасним підприємством: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню корпоративної культури в контексті чинника ефективності управління сучасним підприємством на прикладі ТОВ «ЛЕМБЕРГ ДЕВЕЛОПМЕНТ». У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи формування корпоративної культури організації. Визначення поняття, види, функції корпоративної культури. Досліджено значення корпоративної культури в управлінні підприємством. У другому розділі здійснено оцінку ефективності корпоративної культури ТОВ «ЛЕМБЕРГ ДЕВЕЛОПМЕНТ». Визначена загальна характеристика організаційної структури управління підприємства. Досліджено фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства та оцінено рівень корпоративної культури підприємства. Результатом дослідження стали шляхи вдосконалення та формування корпоративної культури ТОВ «ЛЕМБЕРГ ДЕВЕЛОПМЕНТ». The qualification work is devoted to the study of corporate culture in the context of the factor of efficiency of management of a modern enterprise on the example of LLC «LEMBERG DEVELOPMENT». In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the corporate culture of the organization were investigated. Definition of the concept, types, functions of corporate culture. The importance of corporate culture in enterprise management is studied. In the second section, the effectiveness of the corporate culture of LLC «LEMBERG DEVELOPMENT» was evaluated. The general characteristics of the organizational structure of the enterprise's management are defined. The financial and economic activity of the enterprise was studied and the level of corporate culture of the enterprise was assessed. The research resulted in ways to improve and shape the corporate culture of LLC «LEMBERG DEVELOPMENT».
