Abstract

У першому розділі проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти організаційної культури підприємства. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан розвитку та особливості формування організаційної культури ТОВ «Чудова Ідея» та визначено особливості удосконалення процесу формування організаційної культури товариства в сучасних умовах.
